The article studies the causes and order of transformational processes in the world economy, proposes an assessment of their current and future impact on the key parameters of the functioning of both the global economic system and its Russian segment as an integral element of the global division of labor. The parameters of the stability of the domestic economy to the processes of global turbulence are assessed and the optimal forms of response to the phenomena of turbulence are formulated in order to ensure systemic economic stability in the sense of maintaining the position of the Russian manufacturer in global supply chains and minimizing the risks associated with national economic security under the influence of transformational processes.
