NORMATIVE REGULATION OF THE PROCESSES OF LEGAL EDUCATION OF CITIZENS AS A BASIS FOR GUARANTEEING THEIR RIGHTS

This article is devoted to the study of normative regulation of the processes of legal education of citizens as a means of ensuring their rights. Special attention in the article is paid to the analysis of normative acts and mechanisms regulating the processes of legal education of citizens. The subject of the study is the regularities of development and normative consolidation of the institute of legal education in the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the study is to comprehensively study legal education in the context of ensuring and realizing constitutional guarantees of rights and freedoms, to determine its place in the Constitution of Russia, to identify the main directions for improving the law-education activities of the state. The object of the study is public relations that develop in the process of formation of the institute of legal education, which is an integral part of the system of guarantees of constitutional rights of citizens. The main conclusions of the article are: 1) Normative regulation of the processes of legal education of citizens is an important tool for ensuring and protecting their rights. 2) Active and passive methods of legal education should be applied in an integrated manner to achieve the best results. 3) It is necessary to strengthen the role of the state in the organization and financing of legal education processes in order to achieve wide accessibility of information for all citizens. The novelty of the study lies in the detailed analysis of normative acts regulating the processes of legal education, as well as in the proposal of recommendations for strengthening the role of the state in this area. The author of the article makes a significant contribution to the research by presenting an analytical review of relevant normative acts and recommendations for the creation of a unified normative act for more effective regulation of the processes of legal education of citizens and ensuring their rights.
