IMPROVING THE METHODOLOGICAL SUPPORT OF THE MANAGEMENT MECHANISM SELF-REGULATING ORGANIZATIONS TO SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES

The article discusses new concepts and the main organizational and economic mechanisms for the development and management of self-regulatory organizations (SRO) to support small businesses in the modern economy and in the Republic of Tatarstan, in particular. The SRO mechanism for supporting small businesses is proposed, which actively affects adjacent markets, which will be able to influence the solution of the problems of functioning of these organizations. An economic and statistical model of regression analysis of the development of a self-regulatory organization to support small businesses is presented. The main variables of the development of the commodity market and the most significant segment of the financial market are determined. The methods of determining the most priority areas of SRO activities to support small businesses are considered. The problems of economic development that determine the inclusion of indices in the proposed method for determining the most priority areas of SRO activities to support small businesses are identified. The stages are highlighted, with the help of which it is possible to explain the most priority directions of SRO development to support small businesses. The coefficients of the advantage of the SRO activity are calculated. The purpose of this study is to improve the mechanism of work of self–regulating organizations to support small businesses, to assess the nature of the influence of significant external financial and economic factors on the development of a self-regulating organization.
