THE USE OF DNA ANALYSIS IN THE INVESTIGATION OF OFFICIAL VIOLENT CRIMES

During the research for the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences, the author established organizational and tactical directions of investigation of official violent crimes. Official violent crimes in the context of the research conducted by the author – denote the unlawful use of violence when using their powers by law enforcement officials. It is logical that in the course of organizing and conducting a pre-investigation check on the cases sought, certain procedural, and later investigative actions are carried out. Based on the materials of the study of more than 150 archival criminal cases, inspections of the scene of the incident were carried out, explanations were received, seizures and claims of objects and documents, examinations and forensic medical examinations. However, genotypic examination has never been carried out.
