HISTORICAL ANALYSIS OF THE PROBLEM OF SOCIAL IMPACT ON CONVICTED DURING CONDITIONS OF WAR AND PEACETIME

The article analyzes the problem of social influence on convicts in different historical periods, from pre-revolutionary to the present. Each of them had its own characteristics of economic, political, industrial and educational development, which had a direct impact on the process of training, education and correction of convicts.
