The dynamism of today's economic system, geopolitical uncertainty and the development of Industry 4.0 predetermine the fact that industrial enterprises use new business models in their operations to remain competitive and prepare not just for recovery, but for unprecedented growth. Even if advanced, more adaptive business models are nowhere to be found in the strategy for the coming years of development, business leaders must carefully consider the current and future state of their operations and their relationship to the value chain. Since ignoring the potential of new business models may create opportunities for competitors from related sectors and industries. Taking into account the noted, the article presents an analysis of modern business models of organization of industrial enterprises. Special attention is paid to such models as: servitization, pay-as-you-go, integration, knowledge selling.
