CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT: PROJECT AND ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT TOOLS

The purpose of this article is to propose and substantiate a set of up-to-date project management tools that allow effective managers to create a construction project management methodology that helps improve the quality of preparatory and organizational work of the project for the contractor and developer. Problems that need to be solved during research: - determine the role of construction preparation in the building construction management system; - define the project office as a tool for managing construction projects; - propose specific measures for the application of the proposed tools in the project management system of the contractor and developer.
