INHERITANCE AS AN OBJECT OF SUCCESSION

The article deals with issues related to the legal nature and composition of inheritance. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the specifics of objects included in the hereditary mass. The imperfection of the wording of Article 1112 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation is revealed. The author supports the judgment according to which it is more correct not to limit the composition of the inheritance (hereditary mass) to property (as if this concept is not widely interpreted).
