CONFIGURATION OF NORMS OF CRIMINAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE LAW IN THE FORMATION OF NEW DISPOSITIONS DETERMINING RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLATION OF SDA

the author of the article assesses the latest transformations, by which the issue of using administrative prejudice as a sign of a criminal act was resolved by introducing new dispositions and principles. Analyzing the logic of the legislator the author tries to identify the main features that contribute to the correctness of this implementation and also touches upon the issue of legal standardization of the criminal law if the offense does not entail the onset of material consequences. In support of the conclusions drawn the author gives examples of the development of legislative logic, which is inherent in foreign ideas about the correctness of the legal regulation of the sphere of road safety.
