LEGAL RELATIONS BETWEEN RUSSIA AND CHINA

Russia and China are state powers that have long-term friendly relations. The strengthening of economic and political ties between them has become an important element of the global strategy of both countries, which also implies the development of legal relations. Legal cooperation between Russia and China began in the 1950s, when the first bilateral agreements were signed. Today, cooperation is strengthened on the basis of strategic partnership and within the framework of international organizations such as the UN, SCO, BRICS, the Council of Europe and many others. In the field of international law and international political relations, Russia and China support mutual interests and security on all issues of world politics. The successful interaction of these two states in the field of law is confirmed by a number of documents and agreements, such as the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China on the prevention of flights on the territory of the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China, the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China on improving cross-border cooperation, and others. An important element of interaction between Russia and China in the legal sphere is mutual support in international judicial bodies. Russia and China regularly cooperate and coordinate their positions in the UN Security Council, the International Court of Justice, the International Atomic Energy Agency and other organizations. China has always supported Russia in the international arena, and Russia, in turn, supported China on a number of issues related to the geopolitical position in the Asia and the Pacific region. The relevance of the work lies in the increased interest in the legal cooperation of the two indicated states, in the development of long-term contracts and the formation of future interactions. The subject of the study is the legal basis for interaction between Russia and China. The object of the study is a number of agreements in the legal sphere that are developing and subject to improvement in modern realities. Research methods - comparison, comparison, analysis, synthesis, empirical methods. The practical significance of the study lies in the formation of a theoretical basis for further research, as well as certain proposals for supplementing certain legal agreements between Russia and China in the modern context.
