A PROMISING DIRECTION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF REMOTE BANKING TECHNOLOGIES IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITALIZATION

In recent years, Internet banking has begun to show rapid growth dynamics in terms of the number of consumers of remote service services. This is primarily due to the processes associated with the Covid-19 pandemic, which has led to the transition of many bank customers to the use of remote services. In the modern world and in Russia, banks tend not to consider remote customer service simply as one of the types of services, but are forced to find a balance between the operating model of servicing and the creation of an effective technical platform. The banking sector can be described as a highly competitive market. In such conditions, financial institutions need to monitor the development of modern information technologies, which facilitate the implementation of banking operations and allow instant service to users anywhere in the world. The ease and security of customer service of the bank is due to the degree of digitalization and the level of development of remote customer service. Digitalization is an area in which significant changes have taken place in recent years. For banks, digitalization daily opens up new and new opportunities that allow you to "place" the client in the center of the process of developing new directions in the field of banking. New technologies continue to develop in the banking services market.
