ANTI-SEMITISM AND JUDEOPHOBIA IN ETHNIC VIRTUAL COMMUNITIES

The relevance of the article stems from the need to study anti-Semitism and Judophobia as triggers of deviant behavior. The purpose of the study is to examine the manifestation of these types of xenophobia in some of the most numerous ethnic communities in the social network in the social network «VKontakte» ̶ «GREAT RUSSIA! The Russians don't give up!» and «IR» (I am Russian). The methodological basis of the work consisted of approaches and tools for processing and analyzing large amounts of data ("big data"), as well as discourse and content analyses. As a result of the study it was determined how typical for virtual groups is the manifestation of a particular type of anti-Semitism, what role network communities play in spreading confrontational attitudes, what manipulation techniques are used by administrators and participants of publicity groups. The article is intended for researchers involved in the study of anti-Semitism, xenophobia, extremism, judophobia, ethnicity, and network communities.
