SOCIOLOGICAL AND MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS OF YOUTH POLICY IN THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICTS OF THE STAVROPOL KRAI

The results of a study of the youth policy management process based on the study of municipal programs presented on the websites of the municipal districts of the Stavropol Territory, using the method of document analysis, are presented. Regularities in the field of youth policy management in rural settlements of the Stavropol Territory, reflected in municipal programs, concerning the content and forms of program activities are revealed. It is substantiated that the tasks aimed at the implementation of state youth policy measures in the municipal districts of the Stavropol Territory can be divided according to two criteria - the degree of specificity and the level of implementation. Conclusions are drawn about the insufficient degree of coverage by most municipal programs of the goals and objectives of the state youth policy and the need to improve them.
