METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF SETTING GOALS FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF INTEGRATED INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURES

The paper considers the methodological aspects of setting the goals of sustainable development of integrated industrial structures in modern socio-economic conditions. At present, due to the presence of certain conceptual difficulties in determining the goals of sustainable development, universal and effective approaches and tools for their establishment have not yet been sufficiently developed. Therefore, in the work, the setting of realistic goals for the sustainable development of integrated structures, which can radically affect their strategic development in the face of an uncertain external environment, is proposed to be determined by integrating the problems of the state - society - ecology, often associated with the practice of corporate sustainability of structures. In this regard, the article discusses the methodological aspects of setting sustainable development goals based on the integration of data analysis methods, cluster analysis, forecasting and target programming. The combination of these methods makes it possible to balance the disadvantages of each method in the process of setting stability problems. Thus, the methodological aspects of setting goals for the sustainable development of integrated structures make it possible to increase the level of support for solving corporate responsibility tasks.
