PERSPECTIVES ON THE INTERPRETATION OF LEGAL REALITY

The philosophical-legal category "legal reality" within the existing interdisciplinary discourse includes various interpretations and is universally used in the current field of social sciences. At the same time, legal reality as a concept in its multifacetedness is not limited to the existing perceptions and allows new interpretations aimed at the actualization and further development of public discourse both in purely legal studies and in interdisciplinary ones. The article discusses possible perspectives on the interpretation of legal reality, based on the prevailing view of relativism in law in legal theory and within the framework of post-classical conceptions of law. The perspectives are assessed both from the perspective of legal research specifically and in relation to how the social sciences consolidate representations of legal reality in current discourse.
