RESULTS AND PROSPECTS OF PRICING REFORM AND ESTIMATED RATIONING IN CONSTRUCTION

The article touches upon the issue of pricing reform and estimated rationing. The results of the ongoing reform are analyzed in four highlighted areas: regulatory, regulatory and technical (methodological), technological, organizational and economic (motivational). Measures for the development of the pricing mechanism and estimated rationing based on the introduction of a "register of bona fide suppliers" are proposed.
