ANALYSIS OF THE SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH-TECH POWER GENERATING ENTERPRISES IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

In a dynamic market economy, one of the most important issues is the social development of the organization. In modern organizations, social development is of secondary importance. Social development is, of course, a complex process. Many different social factors come into play. However, one of the most important tasks of the head should be the social development of the organization. Thus, each employee will be able to realize their social and professional potential, and the organization will be able to achieve its goals, be successful and competitive. In his work, the author of the article analyzes the level of social development of high-tech enterprises in Russia. In the first part of the article, the author examines the problems of the development of Russian energy. The second part of the article is devoted to the description and analysis of the mechanisms for implementing the strategy of sustainable social development of electric power industry enterprises in the Russian Federation. The author accompanies his research with relevant examples of the experience of Russian companies. The relevance of the article lies in the fact that, today, steps are being taken in our country towards solving the problem of social development. The purpose of the article: to consider the social development of high-tech power generating enterprises.
