ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF SPECIALLY PROTECTED NATURAL TERRITORIES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

As noted by many researchers, a person is a biosocial being who, despite his specific and largely dominant position, is quite dependent on natural resources. In this regard, there is a need to implement legal regulation of public relations related to specially protected natural territories (hereinafter referred to as protected areas), the establishment of a legal regime in relation to them that ensures the protection and protection of protected areas from any harmful effects. At the same time, it should be noted that at the present stage of development there are a number of problems of legal regulation of protected areas, some of which will be considered by us in the proposed article.
