LEGAL VALUE OF TIME ACCORDING TO ROMAN LAW: CHARACTERISTICS AND FEATURES

The right to property and its protection are the main elements of economic systems that determine their form. The existence of the institution of property and its effective protection are one of the main conditions for the formation and development of a market economy, since they determine the desire of individual entities to preserve and increase material resources. Therefore, the right to property, its respect and protection are fundamental for the development of each state, determine the existence and observance of freedom of enterprise. This explains the continuous interest in the topic of protection of property rights on the part of representatives of legal science. Methodology: dialectics, synthesis, deduction, system-structural analysis, logical-legal method, comparative law method. The issue of constitutional and legal regulation of property rights, directly on residential premises, can be projected through the prism of not only building a mechanism for its protection, but also creating the necessary social model for providing this species. In particular, such a model is formed when it comes to various social categories classified by the Basic Law of the country as weakly protected.
