CRIMINAL-LEGAL EXPERIENCE OF NEIGHBORING COUNTRIES IN COUNTERING VIOLATIONS OF TRAFFIC RULES AND OPERATION OF VEHICLES COMMITTED WHILE INTOXICATED

The paper examines the issue of improving the criminal legislation in the field of crimes related to traffic safety and the operation of transport, committed while intoxicated. It is proposed to consider ways to build criminal law on transport crimes in neighboring countries, such as Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Estonia and Ukraine, to identify promising areas for the development of domestic legislation.
