This scientific article is devoted to the analysis of changes in the legal regulation of financial transactions in the USA, the European Union and Russia in the light of the reform of civil legislation. The main advantages and disadvantages of the introduction of new regulations are considered, as well as recommendations for financial market participants and legislators are offered.
