PECULIARITIES OF PERCEPTION OF THE CONTENT OF THE SUBJECTIVE SIDE OF THE CRIME

In this article, the authors have attempted to highlight the problem of the es-sential empirical perception of such an element of the corpus delicti as the sub-jective side. To this end, we have considered the proposed concept of the latter and attempted to disclose the content of the signs characterizing it, it was pointed out that there is no legal definition of this element of the composition of a criminal act in Russian criminal legislation. The special criminal-legal sig-nificance of the signs of the subjective side of the crime is emphasized. The separation of the signs of the subjective side of the corpus delicti and the signs of the subjective side of the crime has been carried out. Based on the results of the conducted research, subject-specific and quite socially determined conclu-sions were formulated.
