PROBLEMS OF PUNISHMENT IN THE FORM OF RESTRICTION OF FREEDOM FOR CRIMES IN THE SPHERE OF ILLICIT TRAFFICKING OF NARCOTIC DRUGS AND PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES

in the article examines some of the problems that arise with organization of the execution of punishment in the form of restriction of freedom in the activities of penal inspections. Various classifications of the duties imposed on the convicted person to restrict freedom are given. Particular attention is paid to legal, organizational and personnel problems in the implementation of restrictions on freedom. The results of the survey of employees of the penitentiary inspections and the analysis of scientific literature made it possible to come to the conclusion that the solution of these problems will create the basis for a differentiated approach in the field of supervision of convicts who have committed crimes in the field of illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, in respect of which restriction of freedom is appointed.
