ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF IMPLEMENTATION AND LEGAL REGULATION OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS FOR ACCOUNTING DOCUMENTS IN LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES

The article deals with the development of information technologies and their use in all spheres of life, especially in the field of law. The use of technologies in the field of law aimed at digitalization of legal processes is becoming more relevant every day. In particular, the issue of the need to systematize disparate legal norms related to IT technologies, communications and determine the development perspective, due to somewhat outdated legislation, is also discussed, as well as the issue of changing the formation of document flow in law enforcement agencies, as this will improve work efficiency. In the last few years, the number of illegal acts committed with the use of information technology has increased, their number is only growing, and they relate to almost all spheres of activity. A number of Russian departments are creating units specializing in combating crimes related to the use of information technology. In these conditions, the need to optimize the workflow increases. Thanks to the improvement of methodological, organizational and legal support of office work, it will be possible to achieve stable work.
