PROBLEMS OF MANAGING PUBLIC PROJECTS IN THE FIELD OF DIGITALIZATION USING TRADITIONAL METHODS

This article examines the current problems faced by government projects in the field of digitalization when using traditional management methods. In the context of rapid changes and innovations, digital transformation requires government organizations not only to introduce new technologies, but also to revise approaches to project management. The analysis revealed the main problems, including the complexity and variability of technologies, flexibility and innovation, complexity of integration, bureaucracy and rigid processes, insufficient expertise. The article also discusses the limitations of traditional methods in the context of digital transformation and offers recommendations for adapting management methods to modern challenges. The purpose of this study is to improve the efficiency of public project management in the context of the digital revolution and to ensure the successful implementation of digital initiatives with maximum impact for citizens and organizations.
