ASSESSING THE RISK OF STAFF LEAKAGE IN CROSS-BORDER UNIVERSITIES IN HEILONGJIANG PROVINCE

This article presents the results of the evaluation of the risk of cadre leakage in border universities in Heilongjiang Province. Direct selection and mutation series estimation methods were used to carry out the assessment, which can level out the drawbacks of subjectivity. Special attention is paid to the establishment of the index system for assessing the risk of cadre leakage in universities in Heilongjiang Province. The author put special emphasis on sorting out the factors affecting cadre leakage based on the entropy weighting method. On the basis of the results, suggestions for counteracting the cadre leakage of Heilongjiang universities have been developed.
