Private property relations in conflict with relations of other forms transformed under this influence and formed new derived forms of property relations. The article clarifies that private property relations function and develop simultaneously on the basis of community and exclusivity. Exclusivity contributed to the emergence of personal and individual forms and it also provides protection from third parties of all forms of private property. Commonality influenced the formation of joint-stock and collective relations of ownership of the means of production. These relationships are realized through private common and private collective forms of ownership.
