BUSINESS PROCESS OPTIMIZATION USING DIGITAL INSTANTS

The article is aimed to analyze the category of «digitalization» and its methodical support, to study the process of digitalization of business processes of organizations. The object of the study is the process of digital transformation of business processes, the subject is tools for increasing the efficiency of digitalization of business processes. The article presents the results of the theoretical principles of introducing digital technologies into business practice. A brief methodological explanation of the principles and procedure for digitalization of business processes is presented. The authors presented a list of programs and systems for digitalization. Particular attention is paid to the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed software products for business process management. Conclusions and recommendations on digitalization procedure and necessary initiatives were made.
