FEATURES OF LABOR ORGANIZATION IN CHINESE INTERNET COMPANIES: THE POSSIBILITIES OF ECONOMIC AND SOCIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS (USING THE EXAMPLE OF ALIBABA)

The article represents a comprehensive study aimed at analyzing the unique aspects of labor organization in the leading Chinese internet company Alibaba. Special attention is given to Alibaba's strategies for preserving and developing intellectual capital, as well as methods of personnel management to achieve high productivity, innovative development, and ultimately, profitability. As highlighted in the research, Alibaba's strategies stand out for their proactiveness in formulating strategic plans and sustaining success through comprehensive strengthening of forces. A key element of successful management is the internal adherence to traditions and loyalty, especially in terms of personnel recruitment and performance evaluation. The research methodology includes an economic-sociological analysis based on data about organizational structure, HR practices, talent management strategies, and corporate culture at Alibaba. The article utilizes case studies and data analysis to identify key features of labor organization within the context of the Chinese internet sector. The research results contribute to a deeper understanding of trends and challenges faced by Chinese internet companies, providing a foundation for developing recommendations to enhance labor organization in this sector. The analytical approach of the article not only unveils unique aspects of Alibaba's labor organization but also opens new horizons for exploring the economic and social dynamics of modern Chinese business. The obtained results can serve as a basis for developing recommendations to improve labor organization in the Chinese internet sector, and also contribute to a better understanding of trends and challenges faced by similar companies.
