SOCIO-CULTURAL DESIGN AS A FACTOR IN THE TRANSFORMATION OF CULTURAL INSTITUTIONS AND CULTURAL SPACE OF THE REGION

Today the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives provides significant financial support to municipal organizations in the field of culture. This leads to qualitative changes in the system of activity of cultural actors and in the socio-cultural space. The purpose of the research was to identify the impact of project approaches on the subjects of cultural activity and the cultural environment. The intra-organizational and socio-cultural effects of the implementation of the project approach and grant financing in the system of municipal management of culture were highlighted. Intra-organizational results are an increasing level of cultural competence among employees of cultural institutions-project developers, the development of innovative thinking, organizational skills, the mechanics of partnerships and social empathy in relation to the audience - consumers of a cultural product. The socio-cultural effects include the formation of a renewed cultural space and the base of a new dynamic stage of the country's culture, thanks to the synthesis of continuity and innovativeness of projection solutions. It can be concluded that the project activity of cultural institutions leads both to an increase in the efficiency of organizational and managerial processes, and to the formation of a new cultural environment of the city, and ensures the dynamic development of culture as a whole.
