The author concludes that the main methods of increasing labor productivity in the personnel management system are: motivation and stimulation, development and training, optimization of processes and labor organization, productivity management, creation of a favorable working climate, health and well-being of employees. The use of these methods makes it possible to increase the productivity of employees, which in turn has a positive effect on the performance of the entire enterprise.
