ECONOMIC FEATURES OF BUDGETARY AND FINANCIAL PLANNING IN THE FORESTS OF THE "GREEN BELT" OF ST. PETERSBURG

The article examines the issues of modern budgetary and financial planning in the urban forests of the suburban area of St. Petersburg. Urban forests, as a natural complex, represent a unity of naturally interconnected natural objects united by geographical, social, economic or other characteristics. Proposals are made to change the target forecast indicators for the implementation of delegated powers in the field of forest relations, in particular, the introduction of such an indicator as a recreational service into the Target Forecast indicators for the implementation of delegated powers in the field of forest relations in recreational areas around the metropolis. The special relevance of the study is related to the change in the structure of expenditures and revenues of the budget of the Russian Federation for the planning period 2024-2025 in the conditions of a partially mobilized economy.
