STATE REGULATION OF THE FINANCIAL MARKET: PROBLEMS AND WAYS TO INCREASE EFFICIENCY

Over the past few decades, financial markets have become much more complex. Companies are taking on more complex risks, industry differences are blurring, and markets are becoming more integrated on a global scale. This complicates the tasks of financial stability authorities and financial sector regulators. They need to take into account more parameters, shocks come from different areas, and the methods of influence are not always adequate to the problems that have arisen. The problems of state regulation of the financial market at the present stage are considered. Promising approaches and methods to overcome existing difficulties are also outlined.
