in the article, the authors present an analysis of cyclical energy crises in China in 1990, 2011 and 2021, taking into account the fact that these phenomena have a tremendous impact on the development of the global economic system (world economic relations), on the development of exporting countries of raw materials: ore and energy resources, and the PRC's course on green energy transition It brings China and Russia even closer together.
