DIGITAL RIGHTS AND OTHER ASSETS AS OBJECTS OF INFORMATION LEGAL RELATIONS

Digitalization is increasingly penetrating into the life of every person and the subjects of the state's economy. In the Russian Federation, the digital infrastructure is also actively developing, which makes it possible to conclude contracts in a digital format, as well as a set of assets that act as objects of digital rights is being formed. In this regard, there are many controversial issues regarding the ownership of these digital rights and actions related to them. Disputes arise due to the fact that the nature of the origin of many digital assets is quite difficult to prove. In addition, there are many schemes and opportunities that activate the growth of fraud and abuse in the digital environment. In this regard, it is relevant to study the legal nature of digital rights, the study of information law in the Russian Federation, as well as to identify problems and opportunities for their solution in the formation of a regulatory framework regulating responsibility around this subject of relations. The purpose of the article is to consider the legal nature of digital rights and other assets as objects of information legal relations.
