INNOVATIVE METHODS OF STAFF MOTIVATION IN MODERN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Modern industrial enterprises face difficult challenges in the form of increased competition, the need for innovation and rapid adaptation to changes. Innovative methods of staff motivation help to respond to these challenges, ensuring sustainable development and competitive advantages. The article discusses the following innovative methods of staff motivation in industrial enterprises: gamification (the use of gaming methods to motivate employees to achieve work goals), providing access to digital platforms for training and development, flexible work hours and remote work, instant reward systems through corporate applications with the possibility of accrual of bonuses or gifts, support and encouragement of participation employees in volunteer projects and corporate social responsibility programs, the use of individualized motivation programs, support for corporate health and well-being (sports events, stress management programs, proper nutrition in the office, seminars and educational programs). The implementation of the considered innovative methods requires a deep understanding of the values, interests and needs of employees, as well as willingness to invest on the part of the management of enterprises. With the right approach, they can significantly increase the motivation and productivity of staff, which ultimately will contribute to increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise.
