RURAL TOURISM IN RUSSIA: LEGAL REGULATION CHARACTERISTICS

The paper is devoted to identifying system of legal regulation of in the rural tourism activities. The author determined the status of the subjects, characterized the content of the tourism service, and identified general and special aspects of normative regulatory regulation. The author revealed legal restrictions on activities in the field of rural tourism. Particular attention was paid to the inconsistency of the current requirements for rural accommodation facilities as service providers and subjects of tourism activities.
