PROBLEMS OF JUSTIFYING THE AMOUNT OF COMPENSATION FOR ILLEGAL USE OF A TRADEMARK

In the work, the author examines the legal aspects of compensation for illegal use of a trademark, analyzes the problem of reducing the amount of compensation below the minimum limit established by law, based on the research conducted, proposes at the legislative level to exclude the possibility of establishing compensation below the amount established by law.
