REASONABLE TIME FOR CONSIDERATION OF CASES ON INDEPENDENT CLAIMS OF MEMBERS OF A GROUP OF PERSONS

In this article, the author examines the issue of a reasonable time of legal proceedings for persons who have not exercised the right to join a class action and have filed independent claims. The author analyzes how the current rules on the suspension of proceedings on claims of these persons may affect their right to trial within a reasonable time. The article presents situations that may affect the rights of these persons, and also proposes one of the options for resolving the problem under study.
