MANAGEMENT FUNCTION OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN THE CONTEXT OF TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT OF MODERN RUSSIA

Based on the analysis of the provisions of the Concept of Technological Development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030, the author formulates the main concepts of this document aimed at the development of high-tech sectors of the economy of the Russian Federation, while noting the Section "Basic Concepts" sets the conceptual matrix of the Concept of Technological Development and forms a category-conceptual apparatus. In its content, the Concept of Technological Development is a strategic planning document, which concentrates all the most advanced formats for supporting the innovative sector of the economy, while methodological messages regarding science as the productive force of the economy are implemented at the technology level within the conceptual framework of technological sovereignty.
