PRINCIPLES OF THE LABOR LAW DOCTRINE IN THE CONTEXT OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC UNION SPACE

The article examines the principles of the modern doctrine of labor law in the frame of the Eurasian Economic Union, as a result of their analysis, the author's systematization of these principles is proposed. The theoretical systemic principles of the formation of the general doctrine of labor law and the specifics of their implementation are considered in particular.
