The article presents modern trends in business communication, examines various aspects of business interaction, analyzes the main trends in the field of business communication, including the introduction of digital technologies, and the transformation of methods of interaction based on the use of new platforms. The authors consider the impact of these trends on the effectiveness of business communication. The article also describes the business interaction of a manager with subordinates and the communicative competence necessary for a modern leader.
