SOME ISSUES OF REPARATION FOR HARM CAUSED BY CRIME

in the article addresses the problem of reparation to the victim of harm caused by the crime as a way to protect violated rights and interests. Based on the analysis of regulatory legal acts governing obligations due to harm, issues are raised that require permission, including the procedure for determining the amount of compensation for harm, the procedure for calculating lost profits and additional costs. Particular attention is paid to proposals for improving the current legislation aimed at further improving the mechanism for compensation for harm caused to the person. The study made it possible to conclude that the mechanism of legal regulation of compensation for harm caused by crime is characterized by the presence of a connection between institutions of various branches of law, which indicates its complexity and impoverishment.
