The article conducted a study of the main forms of public-private partnership (PPP) implementation in the Russian Federation, which revealed advantages for both the public and private sectors. It is worth noting that the advantages of PPP for the public sector are reflected in the possibility of attracting investments, using innovative technologies and the experience of private companies. In turn, PPP allows the private sector to participate in large government projects, receive a stable income, and reduce risks. In addition, in connection with the analysis of the indicators of the number of existing agreements on the implementation of PPP projects in the main infrastructure areas, the most and least demanded areas of implementation of PPP projects were identified. Based on data on the volume of investments under existing agreements on the implementation of PPP projects in major infrastructure areas, as of the end of 2023, the most and least priority areas of investment were identified.
