MODERN APPROACHES TO INCOME MANAGEMENT OF A CATERING COMPANY

The current state of the economy puts forward new requirements for the economic activities of enterprises. A number of factors are emerging that necessitate the introduction of more effective revenue management systems on a strategic basis. In such conditions, the task of income and expense management is to prepare the enterprise for possible changes in the market situation, to resist the adverse effects of random factors. The article provides an assessment of the management of the revenue and expenditure side of public catering enterprises on the example of the Samara region. Also analyzes and draws conclusions about the factors affecting the manageability of income and expenses of catering organizations.
