ANALYSIS OF THE PECULIARITIES OF THE ATTITUDE TO HEALTHY LIFESTYLE OF FOREIGN AND RUSSIAN STUDENTS

the publication discusses the features of the attitude of university students to a healthy lifestyle. The analysis of literature, publications about the problems of motivation for a healthy lifestyle for foreign and Russian students is carried out. A survey among students of the Vologda Oblast revealed the difficulties of maintaining a healthy lifestyle due to the academic load, insufficient offer of choice of classes. Recommendations are proposed to increase the motivation for a healthy lifestyle among various categories of student youth.
