RESOURCES FOR OPTIMIZING COMMUNICATION IN THE CLIENT-CONTRACTOR INTERACTION IN SMALL SEWING ENTERPRISES

The article updates the need to search for new resources to optimize communication in the "contractor-customer" system adopted at small business sewing enterprises. The authors characterize the resource support of communication at the stages of interaction between the client and the performer, indicate the weaknesses and strengths of communication technologies used in the service process of sewing ateliers. They offer options for modernizing communication when implementing services "order acceptance," "fitting," "presentation of products to the client," "product promotion."
