High rates of construction are outpacing the relative static nature of legal regulation, requiring a new harmonious concept of improvement procedures for state construction control, which should ensure the safety of commissioned facilities. The goals of state control in the industry include several main directions, including minimizing administrative barriers and unifying regulatory documents. At the same time, among the modern priorities there remains mainly digitalization, and then the digital transformation of the industry, which affects the scope of control only minimally, only optionally affecting the tasks of improving the regulatory framework.
