INVESTING IN SPORTS INFRASTRUCTURE: ADVANTAGES AND RISKS

This article discusses the theoretical foundations of investing in the sports industry. The opinions of such authors as: Amrillaeva A.M., Volkova E. A., Bart T.V., Chehlova V. M. and others are considered. The potential benefits of investing in sports infrastructure are also analyzed. When writing the work, such scientific methods as analysis, synthesis, grouping, deduction, generalization, etc. were used. The most significant risks associated with investing in sports infrastructure are listed. Recommendations on how to reduce these risks and increase the potential benefits of investing in sports facilities have also been analyzed.
