THE ROLE OF NATIONAL LEGAL PSYCHOLOGY IN ENSURING NATIONAL SECURITY

The relevance of the study lies in considering the influence of the normatively loose factors inherent in national legal psychology on the sphere of ensuring national security. Objective: to improve the activities of government agencies and civil society institutions in matters of national security. The general goals and objectives of national legal psychology and national security are formulated. It is proposed to amend paragraph 1 of Article 63 of the Family Code of the Russian Federation on the legal education of children. The factors that can provoke threats to national security are highlighted. Conclusions and conclusion: the materials of the publication can be used to further improve the coordination of activities in the field of national security.
